CRM integrations & workflow automation
I build connections between websites, CRMs, and business tools so an inquiry can carry its contact details and project context into the next step of your workflow.
Work directly with Corbin LaCount, an independent designer, developer, and systems engineer in northwest Washington. Remote projects are welcome.
Talk about your projectMap the handoff before connecting the tools
We identify which system owns each record, what should trigger a change, and which fields the receiving tool needs. That includes customer matching, assignment, source information, and the difference between creating a new record and updating an existing one.
Check what your provider supports
An integration depends on the provider’s API, permissions, account features, and limits. Existing work includes Brivity contact and team workflows and Housecall Pro inquiry handoffs. A different provider starts with a review of its available interfaces and your actual process.
Plan for interrupted delivery
A successful request is only one path. We also define duplicate handling, retries, unavailable providers, and how to identify work that needs attention. Where the workflow calls for it, the original inquiry and its pending delivery are stored together so a temporary outage does not erase the request.
What we can scope together
- Workflow and API feasibility review
- Field mapping and customer matching
- Routing, synchronization, or scheduled updates
- Duplicate protection and recovery behavior
- Verification of agreed success and failure paths
We agree on deliverables, content responsibilities, verification, and handoff before implementation. The tools and provider access available help determine the scope.

Questions about this service
Can you connect a CRM without rebuilding my website?
Often, yes. The options depend on your site’s form handling, the CRM’s API, and the account access available. The first step is to inspect that handoff and define the smallest useful change.
Does an integration cover every provider automation?
No. Provider settings and downstream automations have their own behavior. We define which steps the integration owns and which live checks are needed before calling the full workflow verified.
