Evidence / Reviewed September 14, 2026

Connected, with receipts.

These are two different integrations with different verification histories. Here is what the evidence supports for each.

Brivity: documented live API checks

LaCount Home Group’s integration record documents authorized live checks on September 5 and 6, 2026. They cover lead creation with an assigned agent, independent API readback, reuse of an existing customer, and the signed customer bridge. A September 11 review also records public team-directory readback.

The website includes inquiry delivery, customer accounts, events, and team synchronization. The full project remains in development and review. Those API checks do not establish that every public workflow has completed production acceptance.

Housecall Pro: implementation and delivery checks

The NW Home Repair Solutions and NorthWest Exterior Cleaning applications each include a Housecall Pro adapter. It searches customer email and phone fields, reuses matching customers, and sends service and project context into lead creation.

On September 14, 2026, four targeted automated checks passed in each application. Those checks cover the customer-phone matching path, stable email-delivery retry keys, failed-delivery retries, and atomic storage of the inquiry with its delivery jobs. Provider responses in these automated tests are mocked.

No new live customer or CRM lead was created for this portfolio review. These checks establish specific implementation safeguards; they do not reverify Housecall Pro account settings or every downstream automation.

What a new integration project starts with

First, we map what should happen to a real inquiry or record. Then we check your provider’s available API, permissions, and account features. The scope includes the successful handoff, duplicate handling, and what happens when a provider is unavailable.

Sources: the projects’ integration verification records, adapter implementations, and targeted delivery tests. This summary excludes customer records, credentials, and private account identifiers.
