I build booking and payment workflows around the resource a customer is reserving, whether that is an appointment or rental inventory. Availability, checkout, and confirmation need to agree on the same reservation.
Work directly with Corbin LaCount, an independent designer, developer, and systems engineer in northwest Washington. Remote projects are welcome.

Appointment scheduling can depend on working hours, service duration, calendar conflicts, and buffers. Rental booking has different constraints: inventory, overlapping reservations, return time, and unavailable days. We establish those rules before designing the choices customers see.
Connect checkout to fulfillment
A booking flow can hold a resource while a customer completes Stripe Checkout, then use verified payment events to confirm the reservation. Confirmation may also create a calendar event or schedule pickup information. Each step needs a clear owner and a recoverable delivery path.
Include changes and cancellations
Rescheduling, abandoned checkout, delayed payments, duplicate events, cancellations, and refunds affect availability and communication. We scope these paths alongside the initial purchase. Provider configuration and authorized live acceptance are separate from local tests of the implementation.

Can booking connect to Google Calendar?
Yes, where the workflow and account permissions support it. The Radiance implementation uses Google Calendar availability and connects confirmed appointments and rescheduling to calendar updates.
Is an appointment system the same as rental booking?
No. An appointment reserves time under scheduling rules; a rental reserves compatible inventory for a period. Those differences affect availability, holds, cancellations, and fulfillment.
