THE BUSINESS NEED

## A little more radiance.

Create a distinct online presence for Hazel, help clients choose and book services, and connect paid appointments to the business’s calendar and operations.

WHAT I BUILT

Pair the public website with custom scheduling, Stripe Checkout, Google Calendar availability, and administration tools. Carry the appointment through confirmation, rescheduling, and cancellation with recovery for interrupted handoffs.

ROLE

Design, development, and integration implementation.

UNDER THE SURFACE

01

### Custom scheduling

Service selection, working hours, calendar conflicts, and turnaround buffers determine the appointment choices.

02

### Connected payments

Verified Stripe payment initiates appointment fulfillment. Cancellation and refund work has its own recovery path.

03

### A calendar that stays connected

Rescheduling keeps appointment records and the linked calendar event aligned, with updated client confirmations.

WHAT WORKS DIFFERENTLY

A public website paired with tools for managing the information behind it. Payment and calendar features depend on the business’s provider configuration.
