THE BUSINESS NEED

## Everything, connected.

Connect an independent real estate website with the team’s Brivity workflow, while supporting events and customer accounts.

WHAT I BUILT

Treat the CRM as part of the operational design. Synchronize public team information, capture inquiries durably, and give delivery failures a recovery path.

Design, development, and integration implementation.

UNDER THE SURFACE

01 

### Brivity team synchronization

The implementation includes scheduled refreshes of public team profiles from Brivity.

02 

### Connected inquiries

Lead capture records the inquiry and delivery intent together, with routing and retry handling.

03 

### Customer and event tools

Accounts, profiles, event signups, and administration connect the public experience to internal operations.

WHAT WORKS DIFFERENTLY

This project is in development and review. It demonstrates the integration architecture; production acceptance and some provider verification remain outstanding.
