An existing website may need a better inquiry flow, a new feature, clearer content, or a performance fix. I review the current platform and the problem before proposing what to change.

## Find the cause of the friction

We inspect the affected pages and customer flow, then separate content, design, loading, and integration issues. For performance work, representative measurements help identify whether images, fonts, scripts, or layout changes are responsible. A score alone does not explain the customer’s experience.

## Improve search and machine readability

Technical search work can include crawl access, page titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, sitemaps, internal links, and structured data that matches the visible content. Clear service explanations and evidence help both people and search systems understand the business. Compatible agents can also use a Markdown representation of public pages.

## Verify the change in context

A focused upgrade should preserve working features. We check the affected interactions and compare relevant measurements under consistent conditions. Search indexing, rankings, and AI citations are external outcomes that need observation after publication; they cannot be established by a local code test.
